Collection: Ready to Adopt

You can reach out to me via email at petulantpretty@gmail.com or dm me on Instagram @petulantpretty to discuss the design. Once you are ready to place the order a custom listing will be made for you.

If a design is sold out, you can reach out via email to request a custom order based on the design. Most designs can be recreated.

No I do not recreate other artists designs without their expressed permission.

Add a note when you place your order or Contact me beforehand and I will try to accommodate your request.

Ready to adopt plushies will be ready to ship within 3 business days. Pre-order plushies have a 5-10 week production time before they are ready to ship. Custom plushies (depending on design complexity) have a 6-12 week production time before they are ready to ship.

Don't panic. Double check that you input the correct shipping address when you placed the order. It is possible that your order was lost in transit or marked return to sender. Contact me at petulantpretty@gmail.com. I cannot refund an order once it has been shipped but I will do my best to try to recover it.

I cannot accept returns but i will make repairs for no additional costs. Contact me at petulantpretty@gmail.com and I will email a return shipping label.

You can cancel an order up to 24 hours after it is placed and receive a full refund. After that no refunds or returns will be accepted.
