Can I request a custom order?

Yes, you can reach out via email at petulantpretty@gmail.com or dm on Instagram @petulantpretty request a custom design.

The plush I want is not available anymore, what do I do?

If a design is sold out you can contact me and request a custom. Depending on the complexity, most of my designs can be recreated.

Can I request a recreation of another artists design?

No, I do not recreate other artists designs without expressed permission.

How long until I receive my order?

Ready to adopt plushies will be shipped within 3 business days of placing the order. Pre-order plushies are made after the order is placed and can take up to 6-10 weeks before they are ready to be shipped. Custom orders my take 4-10 weeks to ship depending on the complexity of design. An estimated shipping date wil be provided when the order is placed.

My order is taking longer to arrive than I expected. How much longer?

I will provide an estimate on the production time when the order is placed. In the event that production time needs to be extended, I will reach out via email with an updated shipping date.

My order never arrived, wtf?

If your order was shipped but never arrived make sure the shipping info provided was correct and reach out to me. It's possible that it was lost in the mail or marked return to sender. I cannot offer refunds on orders once they are shipped but I will do my best to recover the package and resolve any shipping issues.

My order arrived damaged or missing something. What can I do?

If an order arrives damaged you can contact me with photos and a description of the damage. I will email a return shipping label so you can send it back for repairs with no extra expense. However, orders cannot be returned or refunded.

I want to cancel an order. Can I get a refund?

Buyers have up to 24 hours after placing the order to cancel and request a refund. Once an order in production it cannot be canc
